  Even a one star is to much. If you want to be completely lied to for days by some over nice fake manager who makes it as he goes along and lies so much he believes his own rubbish . Have your car completely disappear and then be told it's at there sister garage and it isn't it's at an independent garage no one can tell you it's location as it moved twice the address. Be told an independent nissan specialist is going to review your car when there isnt one it's fiction. Never get told an exact time or day your car will be ready daily lies later today for days then more lies in the afternoon. Have no clarity on an escalation in tbe cost of repairs. Have no feed back or response two .calls in 10 days I was for ever chasing them. Then to get your car back at this was the quote " we want to give you your car Back 100% safe and working " . Within a matter of hours the car bellowed out burning smell and the warning light was on. Ten days these cowboys had my car. I complained to Derek Corbett the owner what a vile, rude,obnoxous ,enept, anally retentive thug. The fake del boy of littlehampton if you want to put your car into a bunch of cow boys go ahead. This man was so rude lied continually was aggressive, had no customer service skills and was a bully. I made a verbal contract with this garage Arun tyre to be told by Derek that my disappointment was with the other garage I'd never even knew the other garages address as no one at arun tyres would provide me with the details until I complained when my car came back worse then went it went in. I've written to trading standards and rogue traders because this firm should be closed down as it endorses putting cars on road not completely checked,not road worthy and charges extortionate prices for ten days worth of rubbish. Find a garage with a decent reputation you speak to independent garages in the area and this firm are know as being really bad for lies, service and wrong parts. If I'd done my homework I wouldn't of gone to them. If you have car problems avoid this garage. It's better of becoming a stable then a garage the amount of cow boys in it. They will post a reply that I didn't pay anything true I got my money back they offered me it straight away when the car smelt of burning because they knew what shockly bad work they had done. If your car isn't working walk, wait do your homework even if your desperate for a repair avoid this garage if you use them it could be an even bigger mistake.
